Lazy is sometimes an acceptable word .. let’s go out, no! I’m feeling lazy tonight, I’d rather sleep early.

It is however often an insult if someone else’s described us as “lazy”! So why is it an insult? And why do we avoid admitting it? Why does it happen?

Being lazy is not only a habit that is hard to be broken. It is sometimes a mental block, preventing us from moving forward.. so we tend to procrastinate .. create excuses ..

Here’s a scenario, your hungry but your lazy to cook healthy.. so you order junk food.. you could have ordered a healthy meal, but because your avoiding to confront yourself of your laziness, you ordered something else totally.

Also because you believe that healthy food has to be cooked at home, you blocked yourself from the possibility that healthy food could also be bought.. hot and delicious and ready to eat.

1- Use evernote to wrote down your ideas and how a lead magnet leads to a main product

2- get as close as you can to what you are lazy doing

3- use templates - canva

4- do what's easy for u ; a course in WhatsApp + iconic coloring book

5- realize if u continue doing it, it will get easier to the point that it's not even an effort to do it

6- improve ur process as u do it so that it fits your laziness.. Lazy to wear a wig, wear it natural and in style.. Lazy to dress up, wear a dress
